These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and InfinitySync ("we", "us") about your use of the InfinitySync AI platform at ai.infinitysync.net (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you may accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. What the Service does
- Video Studio — automatic editing of your videos (cuts, captions, music, B-roll), reels built from your clips, a media library and a teleprompter. You can also upload reels you already have.
- Autoposting — publishing your reels to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube from your own private profile on a real phone that we run, on your schedule.
- AI tools — scripts, hooks, captions, hashtags, documents, an AI chat and other text and image tools.
3. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. One person may hold one account for the free offers (free trial and welcome credits); creating extra accounts to get them again is not allowed. Tell us at once at support@infinitysync.net if you think your account has been misused.
4. Credits
- Most features are paid with credits from your balance. The price of a feature is shown before you use it.
- Purchased credits (a one-off purchase of any amount) do not expire.
- Plan credits. Each paid period of an autoposting plan (by card or crypto) adds the credits shown on the Plans page. They are valid until the end of that period; whatever is left of them then expires, and the next paid period brings new ones. They are not given during a free trial.
- Welcome credits. A new account receives free welcome credits valid for 7 days. Whatever is left of them after 7 days expires.
- Credits are spent in this order: welcome credits, then plan credits, then purchased credits. Expiring credits never take away purchased ones.
- If a paid operation fails on our side (for example, a video cannot be rendered), its credits are returned automatically.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and are not refunded in money, except as stated in section 7.
5. Plans and payments
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the Plans page before you pay. Taxes may be added where the law requires it.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged to your card until you cancel. A free trial of a plan, if offered, starts when you add a card; the first payment is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before.
- Crypto payments (USDT, BTC, ETH, TON, TRX) are processed by NOWPayments. Send exactly the amount shown, in the coin and network shown, before the address expires. Network fees and exchange fees are yours. A payment counts once the network confirms it. If less than the full amount arrives, we credit what arrived as credits at our current price instead of the ordered item. Crypto payments do not renew by themselves: you pay each period ahead.
- Autoposting is priced per phone profile; the price per profile depends on how many profiles your subscription has. You can add profiles at any time: the new ones are paid for the rest of the current period, and from the next period the whole subscription is charged at the price for the new number of profiles. To have fewer profiles, cancel the subscription and order a new one; the cancelled one keeps working until the end of its paid period.
6. Autoposting and phone profiles
6.1 What a phone profile is
A phone profile is a separate private user on one of our Android phones. You sign in to your Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts on it yourself, through the live screen of the phone in your browser. The Service then publishes the reels you choose, at the times you set, through the official apps. We use your profile only to publish what you schedule and to show you its screen.
6.2 How to pay for a profile
- By card — a monthly (or three-monthly) subscription for the number of profiles you choose, renewed automatically.
- With crypto — the period is paid ahead and renewed by you; we remind you by e-mail before it ends.
- With credits — a fixed number of credits per phone is taken from your balance for every 24 hours while the phone is on, and a fixed number for every post that goes out (up to the daily maximum shown on the Plans page). When the credits are not enough for more posts, no more posts go out that day; when they are not enough for the day, the phone is paused and starts again by itself after you top up. You can turn it off at any time.
6.3 Free trial
A new customer may try one profile free: the first 3 posts or 5 days, whichever comes first, without a card; or with a card, the first 3 posts or 7 days, after which the subscription is charged automatically. The free trial is available once per person. To prevent abuse we may limit it to one per account, card, device or network address, and we may limit the number of free trials running at the same time.
6.4 Limits and timing
- Each phone may publish the number of posts a day of its plan: 6 are included, more can be bought (up to 20 a day). Each network counts as one post, and at most a third of the daily posts can go to one network. More posts a day raise the risk that a social network limits your account; choosing them is your decision.
- Posts go out during the phone's working hours (by default 10:00–22:00, Kyiv time), with a natural spread of about 15 minutes. The phone publishes for one profile at a time, so a post may wait in a queue, and times may shift. We do not guarantee that a post goes out at an exact minute.
- While someone uses the live screen, or another post is being published, the phone is busy and your action may have to wait or be repeated later.
6.5 If a profile is not paid
- Card: if a payment fails, the profile keeps working for 3 days. Then it is frozen: no posts and no screen, but your logins stay. If it is still not paid 7 days later, the profile is wiped.
- Crypto: the same, counted from the end of the paid period.
- Credits: the profile is paused when the credits run out and wiped if it stays paused for 7 days.
- Free trial without a card: the profile is frozen when the trial ends and wiped after 3 days unless you pay.
Wiping a profile deletes your sessions and all data on it, and the profile is given to another customer. It cannot be undone. Keep your own passwords and access to your social network accounts.
6.6 Your social network accounts
Your Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts are yours and are governed by the terms of those platforms. You are responsible for complying with them and for what is published from your accounts. Social networks may limit reach, ask to confirm a login, restrict or suspend accounts at their own discretion. We do not guarantee views, followers, reach or that a platform will not restrict your account, and we are not responsible for actions of the platforms.
7. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel a subscription at any time in the Service. It stays active until the end of the paid period and then ends; it is not renewed.
- Payments for a period that has started and credits that have been spent are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- If the Service could not be provided because of a fault on our side, write to support@infinitysync.net within 14 days. We will make it right with credits, an extended period or a refund to the original payment method. Crypto refunds, where due, are made in the same coin at the address you give us, minus network fees.
- If you open a payment dispute with your bank while your payment was correct, we may suspend your account until it is resolved.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos, audio, images and texts you upload or create ("your content"). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, edit and publish your content only as needed to provide the Service to you — including sending it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy (for example, for transcription or AI captions) and publishing it to the social network accounts you choose. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already published by you.
You confirm that you have all rights needed for your content — including music, footage and the consent of people who appear in it — and that it does not break any law or anyone's rights.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- publish anything illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive or sexually explicit, or any content involving minors in a sexual way;
- send spam, run scams or mislead people (for example, fake reviews or impersonation);
- use the live screen of the phone for anything other than signing in to and managing your own social network accounts;
- access other customers' profiles or data, probe, overload or interfere with the Service, phones or servers, or bypass its limits;
- create several accounts to get free trials or welcome credits again, or resell access to the Service without our written consent;
- copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Service.
We may remove content and suspend features or accounts that break these rules.
10. AI features
AI results (transcripts, captions, scripts, chat answers, tags and other outputs) may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content created for others. Check them before you publish or rely on them. They are not professional (legal, financial, medical or other) advice. You are responsible for how you use them.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, problems with phones, networks or providers, or reasons outside our control. We may change, add or remove features. We may change prices; a new price applies from your next period, and we tell you before it does.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, do not pay, or use the Service in a way that harms us, other customers or third parties. When an account is closed, active profiles are wiped, unused welcome credits expire and your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties other than those stated in these Terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost followers, lost reach or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.
14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your content, your social network accounts or your breach of these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the Service or by e-mail before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms.
16. Disputes
If something goes wrong, please write to us first — most issues can be solved quickly. These Terms do not take away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
