This Privacy Policy explains what personal data InfinitySync ("we", "us") collects when you use the InfinitySync AI platform at ai.infinitysync.net (the "Service"), why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. By using the Service you accept this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The Service is operated by InfinitySync (infinitysync.net). For any question about your data, write to support@infinitysync.net.

2. What data we collect

2.1 Account data

  • Your name, e-mail address and password (we store only a secure hash of the password).
  • Your settings: interface language, plan, credit balance and the history of credit charges and refunds.

2.2 Payment data

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and other card details are entered on Stripe's secure forms and are stored by Stripe, not by us. We receive and keep only what we need to run your subscription: the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the plan, the amount, the payment status and the dates.

Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. We keep the payment identifier, the coin and network, the deposit address given to you, the amount due and received, the status and the dates. Blockchain transactions are public by their nature; we do not ask for your wallet details beyond what the network shows.

2.3 Your content

  • Videos, audio, images and music you upload or record (including recordings made with the teleprompter).
  • Transcripts of your speech, subtitles, the edits and style settings of your videos and the finished videos.
  • Texts you write or generate: scripts, captions, hashtags, documents, prompts and AI chat history.
  • Your media library, publishing plans, schedules and the log of your publications.

2.4 Phone profiles and social network accounts

For autoposting we run real Android phones. Each phone profile you use is a separate user on such a phone. You sign in to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube on that profile yourself, through a live screen of the phone in your browser. Your login sessions stay on the phone profile so that the official apps can publish your videos. We do not keep a separate copy of your social network passwords, and we do not record what you type on the live screen. The live screen is transmitted only while it is open and is not recorded.

2.5 Technical data

  • IP address, browser and device type, and server logs of requests to the Service.
  • Cookies and similar storage that the Service needs to work: your login session, security (CSRF) protection, the chosen language and the light or dark theme. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

3. Why we use your data

  • To provide the Service (performance of our contract with you): to edit your videos, write captions and texts, keep your media library and publish your videos on your schedule.
  • To bill you (contract and legal obligations): to run subscriptions, charge and refund credits and keep accounting records.
  • To keep the Service secure and working (our legitimate interests): to prevent abuse and fraud, investigate errors and protect accounts.
  • To support you: to answer your questions and send you important messages about your account and payments.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content for advertising.

4. Who processes your data for us

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, and only what each of them needs for its task:

  • Stripe — card payments and subscriptions.
  • NOWPayments — crypto payments.
  • Resend — sending our e-mails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, receipts and notices about your plan and phone profiles).
  • OpenAI — speech recognition of your recordings (word-by-word transcripts), recognising what is shown in the images and clips of your media library, and some AI text features.
  • DeepSeek — AI texts: captions, hooks, scripts, chat answers, picking B-roll clips for your speech and translation.
  • Hosting providers — the servers and phones on which the Service and your files are kept and processed.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to comply with a court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and of InfinitySync.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside your country: OpenAI, Stripe and Resend in the United States and other countries, NOWPayments in other countries, DeepSeek in China. When data is transferred abroad, we send only the content needed for the specific feature (for example, the sound of a recording for transcription or the text for a caption) and rely on the safeguards offered by these providers.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Account data and content — while your account is active. You can delete your videos, files and documents at any time; they are removed from our servers.
  • Uploads in progress — parts of an unfinished upload are deleted automatically.
  • Phone profiles — when a phone profile is not paid (or a free trial ends), the profile is frozen and then reset to be used again, as described in the Terms of Service. A reset deletes your sessions and data on that profile. You can ask us to reset it earlier.
  • Payment and accounting records — as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Server and security logs — up to 12 months.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data and your account;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, write to support@infinitysync.net from the e-mail address of your account. We answer within 30 days.

8. Security

The Service works over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are stored as hashes, access to servers and phones is restricted to the people who maintain the Service, and payment details stay with Stripe.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data of children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the Service or by e-mail before they take effect.
